Some of you RIR students have noticed some zeros popping up in SPAN - it was a mistake. I had NCWise add zeros to my open spaces, but I was only thinking of my US History classes when I did that; sorry. I still have several assignments to add into SPAN for you guys (see below). In the next day or two you will see grades added for the following assignments --- in case you're missing any of these, you might want to sneak them in asap; you should have at least 9 of the 11 completed:
1. 12/11 Mumbai Massacre - notes from web search 2. 12/15 Should India Be Partitioned? (Curriculum Pathways,Quick Launch #937) 3. 12/15 Three Best Web Sites on Vietnam 4. 12/16 Comparing Media Coverage (Curr Pthwys #623) 5. 01/06 While Gaza Burns: Israel vs. Palestinians 6. 01/08 Arab-Israeli Conflict - Timeline (Hint: Curr Pthwys #604 very helpful) 7. 01/09 19 Questions/Images on US Troops in Saudi Arabia 8. 01/12 Middle East Hand-out/Test 9. 01/13 RIR Pacing Guide Pictures 10. 01/14 RIR Vocab Terminology Pictures 11. 01/15 Latin America Hand-out/Test The pbs Frontline site is a good starting point for many of these assignments: www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline To access Curriculum Pathways, go to www.curriculumpathways.com --- the Student User Name is 'jaguars.' If you have other questions, feel free to email me over the weekend. cnorkus@wcpss.net |
